Happy (early) Valentines Day!! Tomorrow marks our 1 year engagement anniversary. I know, it sounds so cliche'd that I was proposed to on V-Day. I swear I didn't think it would happen on a holiday though.
When FI and I started talking about marriage, he made a comment about how he hated it when people proposed on holidays. He said that there's no surprise when you do that and that he was the kind of guy that would propose while we were eating dinner at Taco Bell. After I quickly made him promise that he would NEVER propose at Taco Bell, I crossed off 'holiday proposals' from my mind. So, you can imagine my shock when he surprised me with a ring and the sweetest proposal ever!
Incidentally, a few months ago, a couple got married in the Taco Bell that we used to go to. It was on the national news, they even went to the Morning Show on CBS.
Did any of you "know" that your fiance was going to propose when he did?
